Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy prohibits conduct that may harm recipients, customers, providers, Emailble systems, the Emailble brand, lawful senders or legal compliance.

Version v1.1 reconstructed protective draftEntity: PriceCal Pte LtdSingapore law base

1. General Standard

Emailble must be used lawfully, responsibly and in good faith. The customer must not use Emailble in a way that causes, enables or attempts spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware, harassment, unlawful marketing, unlawful data processing, provider evasion, suppression bypass, security attacks, brand abuse or reputational harm.

Emailble is designed for legitimate customer communication and marketing workflows using data sources the customer is authorised to use. It is not a list-laundering, spam, evasion or anonymous bulk-messaging service.

2. Prohibited Contact Sources

  • Purchased lists where the customer lacks lawful marketing permission.
  • Scraped, harvested, stolen, leaked, breached or unlawfully obtained data.
  • Contacts collected through deception, fake forms, hidden opt-ins or unauthorised scraping.
  • Contacts from inboxes, CRMs, payment systems, lead forms or databases the customer is not authorised to access or process.
  • Suppression lists, unsubscribed contacts, hard-bounced contacts or complaint lists used for renewed marketing instead of compliance.

3. Prohibited Sending and Content

  • Spam, unlawful commercial electronic messages or unlawful direct marketing.
  • Phishing, credential theft, fake login pages, fake security notices or social engineering.
  • Fake invoices, deceptive payment requests, fraudulent offers or scams.
  • Malware, harmful code, exploit delivery or instructions to compromise systems.
  • Misleading sender names, false headers, deceptive subject lines, hidden commercial purpose or false business identity.
  • Illegal products, services or offers, or regulated offers sent without required legal permission.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, extremist abuse, unlawful adult content, unlawful drugs, weapons promotion, illegal gambling or other harmful content.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights.

4. Provider Evasion and Sending Abuse

The customer must not use Emailble, sender rotation, alternate routes, multiple providers, multiple domains, multiple accounts, pacing controls or resend features to evade provider limits, complaints, unsubscribes, suppression lists, hard-bounce treatment, account review, suspension, blocklists, legal restrictions or recipient objections.

Emailble may treat route evasion, suppression bypass, high bounce patterns, high complaint patterns, suspicious resend behaviour and provider warnings as serious enforcement events.

5. Brand and Representation Abuse

The customer must not use the Emailble name, logo, favicon, interface, screenshots, website design, templates, domains, system emails, legal notices, support identity, billing identity or brand assets to impersonate Emailble, PriceCal Pte Ltd, Emailble support, Emailble billing, Emailble security, Emailble legal, an authorised partner, a certified reseller, an employee, an agent or any official representative.

The customer must not create fake Emailble invoices, fake Emailble login pages, fake Emailble account warnings, fake Emailble payment pages, fake Emailble support notices, fake legal notices, misleading trust badges, false certification claims or official-looking Emailble communications.

6. High-Risk Categories

Emailble may review, restrict, refuse or require additional checks for campaigns involving financial products, investments, crypto, lending, debt, insurance, health claims, medical claims, legal claims, political campaigns, affiliate marketing, lead generation, contests, prizes, employment or income claims, adult-adjacent content, cross-border regulated offers or any category with elevated abuse, complaint or regulatory risk.

Approval to send one campaign does not create approval for future campaigns or similar categories.

7. System Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, metering, Wallet controls, identity checks, access controls or security restrictions.
  • Probing, scanning, attacking, reverse engineering or disrupting Emailble systems without written authorisation.
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, fake accounts or repeated signups to abuse free limits, promotions, trials or credits.
  • Uploading malware, harmful files, exploit payloads or content designed to interfere with Emailble or third-party systems.
  • Interfering with logs, tracking, suppression, billing, verification, provider responses or evidence records.

8. Enforcement

Emailble may warn, throttle, reject, pause, quarantine, remove, restrict, suspend, terminate or refuse service where it reasonably believes this Policy has been breached or may be breached.

Serious abuse, including phishing, fraud, malware, impersonation, suppression bypass, brand abuse, provider evasion, security attacks, unlawful data sources or material legal risk, may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice where necessary to protect recipients, customers, providers, Emailble, legal compliance or reputation.

Emailble may preserve relevant records, notify providers, notify affected users, report unlawful activity, cooperate with lawful requests and take legal action where appropriate.
