Privacy & Data

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PriceCal Pte Ltd collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects and retains personal data and service data in connection with Emailble.

Version v1.1 reconstructed protective draftEntity: PriceCal Pte LtdSingapore law base

1. Operator and Contact

Emailble is operated by PriceCal Pte Ltd, UEN 202611989R, Blk 998 Toa Payoh North #01-09, Singapore 318993. PriceCal Pte Ltd is responsible for operating Emailble and for the privacy and data-protection practices described in this Policy.

Privacy and data-protection requests may be submitted through the contact panel on this page. Emailble may require reasonable information to verify the requester, identify the relevant account, locate the data and determine whether the request should be handled by Emailble or by the relevant customer.

2. Data Roles

For account administration, billing, payment records, fraud prevention, security, service operations, support, analytics, legal compliance, abuse prevention and business administration, PriceCal Pte Ltd processes personal data for its own Emailble operational purposes.

For customer contact lists, recipient data, campaign data, imported contact data, discovered contact data and Contact Memory records processed according to customer instructions, the customer is generally the controller, responsible organisation or equivalent decision-maker, and PriceCal Pte Ltd generally acts as processor, data intermediary, service provider or equivalent role under applicable law.

Where recipient data is controlled by an Emailble customer, Emailble may direct recipient requests to that customer or assist the customer in responding as appropriate.

3. Account and Workspace Data

  • Account owner, administrator and user details.
  • Workspace name, company name, business profile and account settings.
  • Login, authentication, session, device, browser and security information.
  • Plan, subscription, trial, billing, Wallet, credit and transaction records.
  • Support requests, contact preferences, service messages and account notices.

4. Contact, Campaign and Recipient Data

  • Contacts, email addresses, names, phone numbers, company names, job titles, source labels, tags, fields and segments supplied or connected by the customer.
  • Imported, manually entered, connected, discovered, reviewed, excluded, duplicated, updated, exported, deleted, suppressed or unsubscribed contact records.
  • Campaign content, subject lines, preview text, templates, images, links, offers, sender names, reply-to addresses, schedules, route settings and sending instructions.
  • Recipient-level event history, including route used, provider response, timestamps, delivered or accepted status where available, failed status, soft bounce, hard bounce, unsubscribe, suppression, open detection, click detection and resend history.

5. AI Data

Where the customer uses AI features, Emailble may process prompts, instructions, campaign goals, selected audience context, draft copy, existing content, generated outputs, edits, usage records, model/provider category, charge records and diagnostic records necessary to provide and meter the AI feature.

Where Emailble provides central AI, usage may be sent to a third-party AI provider. Where the customer uses its own AI API key, the customer’s AI provider account may receive the relevant prompts, instructions and content according to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

6. Verification Data

Where the customer uses email verification, Emailble may process email addresses, verification job identifiers, result categories, timestamps, technical response data, billable status, Wallet transaction references and diagnostic records.

Email verification may be provided through third-party email verification technology. Public product wording may refer to third-party verification technology without naming every commercial provider, unless disclosure is required through a customer agreement, data-processing document or subprocessor notice.

7. Tracking and Contact Memory

Emailble may process tracking and event data to provide Contact Memory, campaign reporting, unsubscribe handling, suppression, resend controls, complaint review, abuse prevention and customer-visible history.

Open and click tracking may involve tracking pixels, redirected links, event URLs, timestamps, user-agent data, IP-related technical data and other technical signals. These signals may be affected by privacy protection, security scanning, image blocking, link scanning, forwarding and mailbox-provider behaviour.

8. Purposes of Processing

  • Providing, maintaining and improving Emailble.
  • Authenticating users and securing accounts.
  • Operating contact discovery, import, segmentation, campaign creation, campaign sending, sender rotation, tracking, Contact Memory, verification and AI workflows.
  • Processing subscriptions, Wallet service credits, usage charges, refunds, corrections, disputes and chargebacks.
  • Providing support, diagnostics, service messages and account notices.
  • Detecting, preventing and investigating spam, fraud, phishing, abuse, provider evasion, security incidents, unlawful data sources, policy violations and brand misuse.
  • Complying with legal obligations, enforcing terms, defending claims and preserving evidence.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices, obtaining necessary consents or lawful bases, maintaining source records, honouring data-subject or recipient rights, managing suppression obligations and ensuring that its use of Emailble complies with applicable laws.

The customer must not upload, connect, discover, verify, track or contact personal data through Emailble unless it has the lawful right to do so. Emailble’s tools do not create legal permission where the customer does not already have it.

10. Disclosures and Service Providers

Emailble may disclose or make data available to service providers that assist with infrastructure, hosting, databases, edge network, security, authentication, monitoring, analytics, payments, AI, verification, email sending routes selected by the customer, support, professional advisers, legal compliance and business operations.

Emailble may also disclose data where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce terms, investigate abuse, prevent harm, protect rights, handle disputes, respond to providers, process chargebacks or complete a business transaction involving Emailble, subject to applicable law.

11. International Processing and Transfers

Because Emailble is a cloud service and may use international service providers, data may be processed in Singapore and in other jurisdictions where Emailble, its providers, customer-selected providers or connected services operate.

Where required, Emailble will use appropriate contractual, technical or organisational safeguards for cross-border transfers or processing. The customer is responsible for assessing and approving its own transfer obligations where it chooses recipients, sources, providers or connected systems.

12. Retention

Emailble retains personal data and service records only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, account administration, security, billing, dispute handling, legal compliance, suppression, Contact Memory, backup, audit, abuse prevention and legitimate business purposes.

Suppression, unsubscribe, hard-bounce and complaint records may be retained as necessary to honour opt-outs, avoid accidental resending, protect recipients, demonstrate compliance and resolve disputes. Deleting ordinary contact data does not necessarily require deletion of minimal suppression records where retention is needed to avoid unlawful or unwanted re-contact.

Exact retention periods may vary by data type, account status, legal requirement, provider requirement, backup cycle, dispute status, security risk and product capability. Emailble should not publish operational day counts that its backend cannot reliably enforce.

13. Security

Emailble uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, the beta or production status of the relevant feature, and the risks involved. Security safeguards may include HTTPS/TLS, account controls, access restrictions, credential-protection practices, tenant-separation design, audit logging, abuse monitoring, incident review and provider security controls.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. The customer must also protect its account, devices, credentials, connected providers, API keys, sender domains and user access.

14. Rights and Requests

Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, portability or information about processing. The availability and scope of these rights depends on the applicable law, the role of Emailble, the role of the customer and the nature of the data.

Where a request concerns data controlled by a customer, Emailble may direct the requester to that customer or assist the customer as processor, data intermediary or service provider. Emailble may refuse, limit or delay a request where permitted by law, where verification is insufficient, where the request is abusive, where retention is legally required, or where disclosure would affect another person’s rights or security.

15. Changes to This Policy

PriceCal Pte Ltd may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, legal changes, provider changes, operational changes or improved privacy descriptions. Updated versions may be posted on the Emailble website or notified through the service where appropriate.
