AI Services Terms

1. AI Assistance

Emailble may provide AI-assisted features through Able or other interfaces to help draft, rewrite, translate, shorten, expand, structure, review, segment, plan or improve campaign content and related marketing materials.

AI assistance is a tool. It does not replace customer judgment, legal review, compliance review, human approval, brand review, offer verification or professional advice.

2. Customer Review and Approval

The customer must review and approve AI output before sending, publishing, relying on it or using it in a campaign. The customer is responsible for ensuring that AI output is accurate, lawful, non-deceptive, non-infringing, appropriate for the audience, consistent with the customer’s offer and compliant with applicable laws.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, outdated, biased, non-unique, misleading, similar to third-party content, legally risky or inappropriate. Emailble does not guarantee that AI output will be correct or compliant.

3. Prohibited AI Use

• Phishing, credential theft, fake login pages or social engineering.
• Fraud, scams, fake invoices, deceptive payment requests or impersonation.
• Misleading legal, medical, financial, investment, employment, income or regulated claims.
• Spam, unlawful marketing, suppression bypass or provider evasion.
• Malware, exploit instructions, harmful code or system attacks.
• Harassment, hate, unlawful adult content, unlawful drugs, weapons promotion or illegal gambling.
• False Emailble support, billing, security, legal, reseller, partner or certification claims.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, publicity or contractual rights.

4. Central AI and Wallet Charges

Where the customer uses Emailble central AI, usage may consume plan-included AI credits, promotional AI credits or Wallet service credits according to the current approved pricing and metering rules. The current approved internal pricing logic is source AI provider cost × 10 for central AI usage unless replaced by a later approved product decision.

Emailble may show estimates before a charge where the workflow requires it. Actual usage may differ based on model, tokens, input, output, retries, tool calls, translations, previews, regeneration, edits or provider response.

5. Bring Your Own AI Key

Where Emailble allows the customer to use its own AI API key, the customer is responsible for that provider account, billing, limits, API-key security, provider terms and provider privacy practices. BYO AI changes who pays the AI provider; it does not remove Emailble’s platform rules, security controls, tenant boundaries, rate limits, abuse monitoring or customer responsibilities.

The customer must not submit another person’s API key or a key it is not authorised to use. Emailble may disable BYO AI where keys appear compromised, abusive, misconfigured, unauthorised or risky.

6. Data Use and Third-Party Providers

AI prompts, instructions, campaign data, selected audience context, draft content and generated output may be processed by Emailble and by relevant AI providers to provide the requested feature, subject to applicable terms and privacy practices.

The customer should not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, regulated data or third-party secrets to AI features unless it has assessed and accepted the legal, contractual and operational risks.

7. No Professional Advice

AI output is not legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, deliverability, employment, immigration, investment or other professional advice. The customer must obtain professional review where required.

8. Suspension

Emailble may limit, throttle, refuse, log, review, suspend or disable AI use for abuse, prohibited content, excessive usage, payment risk, security risk, provider restrictions, legal risk or violation of these Terms.
