Commercial Terms
Billing, Wallet & Refund Policy
This Policy governs subscriptions, plan changes, Wallet service credits, AI and verification charges, failed payments, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks and commercial records.
1. Plans and Prices
Emailble may offer free, paid, promotional, beta, event, partner, reseller, coupon, founder, trial or other plans. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, the standard public Cloud plans are Free at US$0, Pro at US$39 per month and Ultra at US$199 per month.
Plan features, limits, usage allowances, included credits, provider support, automation frequency, contact limits, campaign limits, sync behaviour and available features are determined by the plan information displayed in the service, checkout, invoice, order form or written commercial terms accepted by the customer.
Promotional pricing, event offers, coupons, partner offers, reseller arrangements, launch offers, credits and other non-standard commercial terms apply only where expressly offered by PriceCal Pte Ltd or an authorised channel and accepted in accordance with the terms of that specific offer.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing cycle, amount, currency and renewal terms displayed at checkout or otherwise accepted by the customer. Unless stated otherwise, subscription charges are payable in advance and renew automatically until cancelled or changed according to the applicable plan rules.
The customer authorises PriceCal Pte Ltd and its payment processor to charge the customer’s selected payment method for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, metered usage, Wallet top-ups, taxes and other authorised charges.
3. Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades from Free to Pro, Free to Ultra or Pro to Ultra may take effect immediately. Where supported, proration may apply so the customer pays the appropriate difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades from Ultra to Pro, Pro to Free or Ultra to Free generally take effect at the next renewal date unless otherwise stated. Paid capabilities remain available through the already-paid period unless the account is suspended for breach, abuse, security risk, payment dispute or legal risk.
4. Failed Payment and Grace Period
If a subscription payment fails, Emailble may provide a 7-day grace period. During Days 1 to 7, the paid plan may remain operational with billing warnings, payment retries and restrictions on new paid add-ons or upgrades while delinquent.
If payment remains unresolved after Day 7, the account may fall back to Free operating limits on Day 8. Data is not automatically deleted because of failed payment or downgrade, but items above Free limits may become inactive, read-only, paused or unavailable until the customer upgrades, pays, deletes, selects active items or otherwise brings usage within applicable limits.
5. Free Fallback and Inactive Data
Where an account falls back to Free, Emailble may preserve contacts, campaigns, sources, routes, reports, templates and historical records while limiting active use. Items exceeding Free limits may be retained but inactive or read-only.
The customer may be required to choose which sources, routes, campaigns or other items remain active under Free limits. Until the customer chooses, Emailble may temporarily keep the most recently used eligible items active and pause the rest. Reactivation may require upgrade, payment, deletion, selection or manual action.
6. Wallet Service Credits
Emailble Wallet is a closed-loop service-credit system for eligible Emailble services, such as AI usage, email verification, additional storage or other metered features that PriceCal Pte Ltd may support.
Wallet credits are not cash, not a bank account, not a deposit, not an investment, not an e-money product, not interest-bearing, not a stored-value service for unrelated merchants, not transferable except where expressly permitted, and not withdrawable except where required by law or approved by PriceCal Pte Ltd for correction or refund.
Emailble may classify credits as purchased service credits, promotional credits, plan-included credits or adjustment credits. Credits may have different expiry, rollover, usage and refund treatment.
7. Credit Consumption and Metering
Where multiple credit types are available, Emailble may consume expiring credits first, then promotional or plan-included credits, then purchased service credits, unless a different order is expressly stated.
Metered charges may apply for completed verification, AI usage, storage, sending-related services, provider-related features or other usage-based functions. Emailble may estimate, reserve, authorise, deduct, reverse, adjust or reconcile credits based on actual usage, provider response, technical failures, billing errors or abuse controls.
8. AI Charges
Where the customer uses Emailble central AI, AI usage may consume included AI credit or Wallet balance according to the pricing rules displayed or accepted by the customer. The approved internal pricing logic is source AI provider cost multiplied by Emailble’s applicable markup, currently source cost × 10 unless changed by approved product decision.
Where the customer uses its own AI API key, the customer pays its AI provider directly for model usage. Emailble may still apply platform limits, security controls, usage records, abuse controls or separate Emailble charges where disclosed.
9. Verification Charges
Email verification is charged only when a completed verification result is returned, unless a different written commercial term applies. The approved customer price is US$0.0075 per completed verification.
A provider or API technical failure that produces no completed result should not be charged as a completed verification. Batch verification should stop before the Wallet balance becomes negative. Contacts not processed because of insufficient Wallet should be marked clearly as not verified or insufficient Wallet.
10. Promotional and Plan-Included Credits
Promotional and plan-included credits may be subject to expiry, non-rollover, feature limitations, usage limits, abuse controls and withdrawal restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional and plan-included credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
The current approved standard logic includes a one-time US$1 AI credit for new accounts and a US$5 monthly non-rollover AI credit for Pro accounts. Direct Pro signup may therefore start with US$6 included AI credit where both the new-account credit and monthly Pro credit apply, subject to current product configuration and abuse controls.
11. Taxes and Payment Processor
Prices may be stated exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated. The customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, bank charges, foreign exchange charges, card charges or payment-provider fees unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. The payment processor’s own terms, privacy practices, risk checks, payment-method availability, fraud controls, disputes and processing timelines may apply.
12. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. The customer remains responsible for charges incurred before cancellation, including subscription charges, sent campaigns, completed verification, AI usage, Wallet top-ups, add-ons and other consumed or supplied digital services.
After cancellation or downgrade, account access may revert to Free limits or other applicable post-cancellation limits. Data may be retained, made read-only, paused or deleted according to the applicable retention and product rules.
13. Refunds and Corrections
Consumed digital services, completed AI usage, completed email verification, sent campaigns, used credits, activated paid periods and successfully supplied metered services are generally non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
PriceCal Pte Ltd will correct confirmed billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorised charges caused by Emailble’s systems, or other amounts that must be refunded under applicable law. Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the charge or discovery of the error where legally permitted.
Any refund may be made to the original payment method, as service-credit adjustment, as ledger correction or through another lawful method determined by PriceCal Pte Ltd. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.
14. Chargebacks and Disputes
If the customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal, Emailble may preserve and provide account, checkout, policy acceptance, Wallet ledger, usage, campaign, verification, AI and delivery records to the payment processor, bank, card network, provider, adviser or authority as reasonably necessary to respond.
Emailble may suspend or restrict accounts where there is chargeback abuse, disputed payment, suspected fraud, payment method misuse, unpaid balance or risk to PriceCal Pte Ltd.
