Brand Protection

Brand, Trademark & Representation Policy

This Policy protects the Emailble name, logo, favicon, interface, screenshots, official communications and representation from misuse, impersonation and misleading claims.

Version v1.1 reconstructed protective draftEntity: PriceCal Pte LtdSingapore law base

1. Ownership

Emailble, the Emailble name, logo, favicon, icon, wordmark, product graphics, screenshots, website design language, interface, documentation, system emails, legal notices, trust materials and related brand assets are owned by or licensed to PriceCal Pte Ltd.

No ownership rights are transferred to the customer, reseller, partner, affiliate, contractor, consultant, agency, user or third party by access to Emailble, display of the logo, use of the service, creation of campaigns or inclusion of screenshots.

2. Approved Brand Assets Only

Official Emailble brand assets may only be used from approved source files or approved brand libraries. The Emailble logo, favicon and icon must not be redrawn, recreated, traced, approximated, retyped, stretched, skewed, rotated, recoloured, outlined, shadowed, animated, cropped into a different mark, rebuilt in code, substituted with a similar icon or regenerated using AI unless PriceCal Pte Ltd gives written approval.

The official full logo should be used where the full brand identity is required. The icon-only asset should be used only where an icon, favicon, app icon, social avatar or compact mark is appropriate.

3. No False Representation

No person may represent, imply or create the impression that they are Emailble, PriceCal Pte Ltd, Emailble support, Emailble billing, Emailble security, Emailble legal, an employee, agent, authorised reseller, certified consultant, partner, affiliate, integration provider or official representative unless PriceCal Pte Ltd has expressly approved that status in writing.

Truthful nominative references may be permitted where they do not mislead. For example, a customer may state that its business uses Emailble to manage email marketing campaigns, provided the statement is accurate and does not suggest endorsement, certification, partnership or official authority.

4. Campaigns Must Not Impersonate Emailble

Customers must not send campaigns that cause recipients to believe the message was sent by Emailble, PriceCal Pte Ltd, Emailble support, Emailble billing, Emailble security or an official Emailble representative.

Prohibited examples include fake invoices, fake payment requests, fake login links, fake account warnings, fake suspension notices, fake verification notices, fake compliance notices, fake support messages, fake reseller announcements, unauthorised badges, misleading screenshots and official-looking Emailble communications.

5. Domains, Social Accounts and Advertising

No person may register, use or advertise with domains, subdomains, email addresses, usernames, social accounts, app names, business names or search ads that impersonate Emailble, look confusingly similar to Emailble, suggest official authority or divert users through deception.

Landing pages, ads and social posts must not use Emailble identity to create false urgency, false billing claims, false support claims, false security claims or misleading endorsement.

6. Screenshots and Product Images

Screenshots or product images may be used only truthfully and only in a way that does not fabricate features, approvals, pricing, security certifications, compliance status, customer results, support messages, official notices, legal documents, invoices or endorsements.

AI-generated Emailble screenshots, fake dashboard images, fake certifications, fake trust badges and altered interface images may be treated as brand abuse if they mislead users or recipients.

7. Partner, Reseller and Affiliate Claims

Partner, reseller, affiliate, consultant, implementation, integration or certification claims require written approval from PriceCal Pte Ltd. Approval may be limited by territory, time, use case, campaign, customer segment, asset, channel or commercial arrangement.

Unauthorised reseller claims, fake partner pages, unofficial pricing pages, misleading implementation offers and unauthorised support or billing representations are prohibited.

8. Enforcement

Brand abuse, logo misuse, false representation, fake Emailble support, fake billing, fake login pages, misleading reseller claims and unauthorised official-looking communications are immediate enforcement events.

PriceCal Pte Ltd may require correction or removal, disable campaigns, block sending, suspend or terminate accounts, notify providers, notify affected users, report abuse, issue takedown requests and pursue legal remedies.
