Email Verification Terms

1. Nature of Verification

Email verification is a technical signal designed to help the customer assess email-address quality. It is not a legal-permission service, consent service, identity service, deliverability guarantee or compliance approval.

Verification may check technical signals such as domain status, mail server response, mailbox-related indicators, disposable patterns, role addresses, catch-all behaviour, risky classifications, syntax and other provider-supported indicators.

2. Third-Party Verification Technology

Emailble may use third-party email verification technology or providers to perform verification. Public pages may describe this generally as third-party email verification technology. Actual provider disclosure may be handled through subprocessors lists, enterprise agreements, data-processing documents or other contractual disclosure where required.

3. Result Categories

Verification results may include valid, invalid, unknown, risky, disposable, catch-all, role-based, syntax issue, temporary failure or another technically equivalent provider classification. Result labels may change as providers, product logic or classification models change.

An unknown, risky, catch-all or role-based result requires customer judgment. It must not be treated as proof of consent, proof of identity or proof that sending is lawful.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer must have the lawful right to submit each address for verification. The customer remains responsible for privacy notices, consent, data-source authority, lawful basis, retention and any decision to contact or suppress a recipient after verification.

Emailble may refuse, pause or restrict verification jobs that appear abusive, unlawful, suspicious, high-risk, excessive, provider-prohibited or connected to purchased, scraped, stolen or unauthorised lists.

5. Billing

Unless another written commercial term applies, verification is billable when a completed result is returned. The approved standard customer price is US$0.0075 per completed verification.

A technical provider/API failure that produces no completed result should not be charged as a completed verification. Batch jobs should stop before Wallet balance becomes negative. Failed or insufficient-balance items should be recorded transparently.

6. Limitations

• Verification does not create consent or legal permission.
• Verification does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, provider acceptance or campaign performance.
• Verification does not prove that a person owns, reads or controls an address.
• Verification may become stale because domains, servers, mailbox status and provider responses change.
• Verification providers may return false positives, false negatives, unknown results, temporary failures or changed classifications.

7. Enforcement and Abuse

Emailble may suspend verification for list laundering, unlawful address testing, abusive enumeration, dictionary-style testing, excessive unknown lists, provider warnings, suspicious patterns, fraud, scraping, stolen data or other activity that threatens recipients, providers, Emailble or legal compliance.
