These terms

These Terms of Service are the rules for using Emailble at emailble.com. By creating an account or using Emailble, you agree to them.

If you use Emailble for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.

What Emailble is

Emailble is a campaign workspace. You find contacts already connected to your business, create a message with guided AI, send through email providers you connect, and keep useful history with each person.

Emailble does not replace your everyday Gmail or Outlook inbox. It does not deliver campaign mail itself. The email provider you connect handles delivery and its own charges.

Your account

You must give a working email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

You must be 16 or older to use Emailble.

Your contacts and content

You keep ownership of the contacts, campaign copy, images, and keys you put in Emailble.

You must have the right to store and email those people. You must honour unsubscribes and suppression. Do not upload lists you bought or scraped from the public web.

Contact Discovery only searches sources you connect and authorise. It is not a tool for collecting random addresses from the internet.

Sending

You choose which sending providers to connect and you accept their rules. Emailble routes the campaign and records which provider was used.

You must not use Emailble to send spam, phishing, malware, or messages that break the law. We may pause sending or close a workspace if we see that.

Guided AI

Able and campaign AI help you draft. You review the message before it sends. You are responsible for the final copy.

AI credit is consumed when you use those features. Free includes a one-time starting credit. Paid plans may include a monthly amount. You may also use your own OpenAI key where Emailble offers that option.

Plans and payment

Free, Pro, and Ultra have the contact, sending, discovery, and Contact Memory limits shown on the pricing page. We may change those limits with notice on the site.

Paid plans and wallet top-ups are charged through Stripe. Fees are in US dollars unless we say otherwise. Taxes may apply.

Wallet credit is for Emailble features such as AI and verification. It is not cash and is not a bank balance.

Availability

We aim to keep Emailble running. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Features can change as we improve the product.

If something goes wrong

Emailble is provided as is. We do not warrant that a campaign will be delivered, opened, or free of errors. Delivery depends on your provider and the recipient's mail system.

To the extent the law allows, Emailble is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Closing an account

You can stop using Emailble at any time. Email [email protected] from the account address if you want the workspace deleted.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for other customers.

Privacy

How we collect and use data, including Google user data if you connect Gmail, is in the Privacy Policy at https://emailble.com/privacy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the last update. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
